Today we practice this colorful phrase, のどまで出かかっていますが. How do you say that in English. It’s coming from my throat. ではなくて、 There is a natural way to say that in English.
Here’s your first try.
So I’ll say each phrase in Japanese, and you express each phrase in English. Here is the first one. How do you say, のどまで出かかっています in English.? Go ahead.
1. のどまで出かかっています。
The answer is “It’s on the tip of my tongue.”
喉ではなく舌の先
