Let’s practice a useful phrase for “Why don’t we -?”.
And don’t forget. Today and this week our radio show will be in almost all English. OK. Let’s begin with our first time trial.

I’ll say something in Japanese. And you express it in English within the time limit. Here is the first one.
1. みんなで一緒に座りませんか? Go ahead.
Let’s check the answer.
Why don’t we all sit together?
Repeat after me.
Good! The next one is also “Why don’t we -?”

Next, let’s try to say two sentences within the time limt. Here they are.
8. あなたのお父さんに話しかけに行きませんか? あそこにいます。
Why don’t we -? Go ahead.
All right. Let’s try to say these two sentences.

OK. Time’s up. How did you do? Did you try to say each one?

1. みんなで一緒に座りませんか?
Today’s key phrase is “Why don’t we -?”
“みんなで〜しませんか？” is “Why don’t we all” and then verb 動詞 sit together.
Here’s the next one.

3. ぜひ、喜んで。
“ぜひ、喜んで。” for yourself is “I’d love to.”
自分が代表として言うなら、 You use the subject, “we” and say, “We’d love to.”
