Sure. Let’s go back to the explanation of “Gross National Happiness,” which was “a concept that prioritizes people’s sense of well-being.” The word “prioritize” here is really convenient.
「民総幸福量」の説明に戻りましょう。人々の幸福感を優先する概念 “だった。 ここでの “優先順位付け “という言葉は実に便利だ。

Tom:
Well… You might’ve learned the phrase “put a priority on something,” but that’s a lot of words to remember. “Prioritize” says the same thing in just one word. For example, you could say “In my English studies, I prioritize listening.”

トムさんは、幸福を感じる瞬間について次のように話しています。
I’d say I’m pretty easy to please. Simple things like watching my son play baseball, listening to good music with my daughter, or eating some of my wife’s great food put me on cloud nine.
