Ukraine（ウクライナ）では、軍事侵攻したロシアが各地に敷設した地雷の除去が課題となっていて、ウクライナの首都Kyiv（キーウ）で１１月２０日、日本が供与する地雷探知機などの引き渡し式が行われました。

vehicle「車両」一般的には、車輪が付いている乗り物や運搬手段
mine = landmine
unit「部隊」で、mine removal unitは「地雷除去部隊」、ちなみに地雷を除去する人は deminer
display「展示する、陳列する」という動詞です。
Japan International Cooperation Agencyは、日本の「国際協力機構」の英語名で、JICA（ジャイカ）という略称もよく使われます。
be involved in -,「～に関わる、関与する」 involve名詞形は、involvement「関与」
supply「支給する、供給する、提供する」、ちなみに「需要と供給、需給」なら supply and demandで、日本語とは語順が逆になります。

引き渡し式が行われた広場には、ＪＩＣＡを通じてウクライナ非常事態庁に供与される地雷探知機５０台、地雷除去部隊が作業現場に行く際などに使用する車、あわせて４０台が並べられお披露目されました。
