日本の皆さんにとっては当たり前のことでも、 初めて日本を訪れる外国人や日本語を話さない人にとっては苦労することがあります。

例えば、順番を待つ列の並び方。 僕が好きな回転寿司のお店には時々行列ができますが、 整理券を受け取ったり、 指定の列に並んだり、列を詰めたり。
(For example, how to get in line to wait your turn. Sometimes there is a line at my favorite conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, but there is no way to get a ticket, wait in a designated line, or fill up the line.)
グループの人数によっては自分よりあとの人が先に案内されることもあるので、 「割り込まれた?」と勘違いすることも初めは状況がつかめず大変でした。 その場の状況に応じてルールを説明する力は、日本語でも英語でも必須ですね。

「~しないといけない」 と言うときに We need to ~ はとても便利。
You need to ~. だと相手を個人的に注意する印象を与えがちなので、 you ではなく we を使って感じよくルールを説明しましょう。ちなみに have to は need to よりやや強い言い方。
