for one thing (ひとつには)、理由説明の常套句。for another(もうひとつは)と続けることができます。
admire 「称賛・感心する」、価値を認める心の動き(Lesson 218)
not necessarily -, 「必ずしも〜ない」、部分否定
He always makes me feel heard. すでに学習済み(Lesson 218)。コミュニケーションを絶やさないことは、人間関係にとっても重要な
ことのようですね。

2.あなたはヒロト48 のコンサートチケットをゲットしてご満悦。「とってもうれしそうだね!」という友人に事情を説明してください。
