Well, sometimes, if I can’t sleep at night, I perform the words from some of my favorite movie scenes. Doing that can help me fall asleep.
If I can’t sleep because I’m thinking too much, I try to tell myself a story. I make up a story in my head that I enjoy. So, if I stay awake, I’m enjoying myself. But usually, it relaxes me, and I fall asleep.
About how long does that take?
