最終回は、トム・メイズさんのお話をもとにした、柴田先生とジェニーさんのディスカッションです。
The final episode is a discussion between Shibata-sensei and Jenny based on Tom Mays’ story.

HRD(人材開発) スペシャリスト。英国、マンチェスター出身。ケンブリッジ大学東洋学部卒業。
スペインの IE Business School で MBA を修得する。 2002年に日本への留学プログラムに参加。

2005年に再来日して以降、京都府庁、ブリティッシュ・カウンシルに勤務。その後、外資系企業、日本企業において、タレントマネジメント施策の企画などに携わる。また、ブリティッシュ・カウンシルで英国と日本との高等教育における交流活動を担って以来、教育に関する仕事も続けている。趣味は、日本に来てから好きになった登山。日本百名山踏破を目指している。
(Since returning to Japan in 2005, he has worked at the Kyoto Prefectural Government and the British Council.
