HRD (人材開発) スペシャリスト。 英国、 マンチェスター出身。 ケンブリッジ大学東洋学部卒業。 スペインのIE Business School でMBAを修得する。 2002年に日本への留学プログラムに参加。 2005年に再来日して以降、 京都府庁、 ブリティッシュ・カウンシルに勤務。 その後、外資系企業、 日本企業において、 タレントマネジメント施策の企画などに携わる。 また、 ブリティッシュ・カウンシルで英国と日本との高等教育における交流活動を担って以来、 教育に関する仕事も続けている。 趣味は、日本に来てから好きになった登山。 日本百名山踏破を目指している。

He completed his MBA at IE Business School in Spain. In 2002 he participated in a study abroad program to Japan. Since returning to Japan in 2005, he has worked at the Kyoto Prefectural Office and the British Council. After that, she was involved in planning talent management measures at foreign companies and Japanese companies. She has also continued to work in education, having previously worked at the British Council in charge of higher education exchanges between the UK and Japan. Her hobby is mountain climbing, which she fell in love with after coming to Japan. She aims to traverse Japan’s 100 famous mountains.)
