Nas Daily / The Ocean Disappeared!

This is where we are!　私達はここにいる。
In the middle of an empty ocean　空っぽの大洋の真ん中に
500 metres away from what used to be a beach　ビーチと呼ばれていた所から500メートルも離れて
because here in Zanzibar ザンジバルにいる
when it’s low tide　潮が引いて
the beach literally disappears of for miles　文字通りビーチと呼ばれていた所は何マイルも消えた
And because of that　そのせいで
this turns into a playground　ここビーチは運動場に変わった
people go inside the ocean to hang out!　人々は水のない大洋で遊ぶ
kids go play!
Tourists take selfie　観光客はセルフィーを撮り
while others kitesurf!　タコサーフィンで遊び
Locals go for long walks on ocean　地元の人達は大洋に散歩に出かける
others go for motorcycle rides 他の人達はバイクに乗ったり
animals run around　動物たちも走り回り
and people make money　人達は金を稼ぐ
By growing seaweed!　海藻を育てることによって
Lots and lots of seaweeds!
Remember all of this　覚えておいて、ここは
is in the middle of the ocean　大洋の真ん中!
That’s a real fish!
And before you know it. the fun is over!　楽しみは終わり。
high tide kicks!　潮が満ちてくると
people run back to safety　安全な場所に駆け戻り
And the water goes back to normal.　海水は元通り。
like nothing has ever happened on this beach!　このビーチに何もなかったかのように
